  I’ve been going to this Giant for years, but I’ve finally decided to take my grocery budget and sanity elsewhere. Their prices have somehow managed to become outrageous compared to every competitor in the area, even for the most basic generic items. And the self-checkout machines? I’m convinced they were designed specifically to raise my blood pressure. Between the constant “unexpected item in the bagging area” drama and the fact that they have about 20 checkout lanes but maybe 1–2 humans working them at any given time, it’s just not worth it anymore. There are plenty of other grocery stores nearby, and at this point I’d recommend pretty much any of them over this one.

  Excellent food delivery service. Cynthia was fantastic. Kept me constantly informed the status of my delivery. Arrived exactly on time.

  This store has a good selection. However, I did have a concerning experience with expired frozen items. On my first visit a couple months ago, I purchased a frozen product that had expired in 2024. When I brought it back, they refunded me immediately, which I appreciated. A few weeks later, I returned and noticed the same items with the same 2024 expiration dates were still sitting in the freezer, so clearly they hadn’t been removed. I made sure to let my cashier know. Unfortunately, we also bought a bag of frozen pancakes and didn’t realize until we got home that they had expired two months earlier. Someone definitely isn’t paying close attention when stocking or checking dates in the frozen section.

  This store must be on the brink of closing. It's the pits. Their prices are not competitive to Wegmans down the street. They got rid of their butcher, shame on you Giant. The self checkout is literally the worst, there is always an issue and the staff managing it are unhelpful with minimum English, again shame on you. I come to this store a couple times a year depending on their deals, they sell snow crab legs for 5.99 sometimes. I'm expecting the fish counter to go next.
