Terrible experience at Five Guys. I came in with my elderly parents, and the place was loud — music blasting, a child crying — so hearing anything clearly was already difficult. After waiting far longer than normal, I went to the counter only to be told that “my number was called many times” and someone must have taken my order. Then the employee followed up with, “You just need to pay more attention next time.” That is completely unacceptable. I could barely hear the people sitting right next to me, let alone a number being called from across the restaurant. Instead of acknowledging the loud environment or offering a simple apology, they blamed me for not hearing them. To make matters worse, they had to remake my entire order because someone else took it — and somehow that was still my fault, according to them. This was extremely disappointing, especially while dining with elderly parents. Five Guys needs to take responsibility and improve their customer service immediately.

Good lord I can't believe a large bag of fries is 10 dollars as of 2025... or that I am large enough that I justified it.

Pricey for burgers and fries, but if you don't mind spending more money for a good burger, FIVE GUYS is a good choice, not as good as Spellunkers in Frontroyal, but no bad.
