Haymarket is an expensive area, and we deserve good coffee and professional service, but this location fails on both counts. The prices are high, yet the service is poor and unprofessional. The front desk staff seem unmotivated and forced. They rarely smile and appear disengaged, just going through the motions. No one enforces proper standards, and it feels like the staff are not encouraged to provide quality service. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with employees who clearly do not enjoy their work. Management needs to step in and improve this location. They should focus on better-trained, professional staff, friendly service, and quality coffee. Right now, this Dunkin’ feels careless, poorly run, and not worth visiting.
