    I made a pickup order for bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. It was burnt. Tasted awful. Tossed it in the trash.

    When we pay with Apple Pay we shouldn’t have to give our phone to the employee, there should have the mobile card reader to be able to scan at the drive through. One of the ladies is able to bring the card reader out for us to pay with PayPal. But there is another lady works in the mornings she is not able to bring the mobile card reader out doesn’t make sense, also I’m not able to place orders on the mobile app because it charges my card and then says order doesn’t go through, tried different accounts and does same thing.

    I try to avoid this Dunkin but the area is convenient for me to stop by. The morning crew can NEVER get my order correct. Somehow every single time my order is wrong or I’m given a drink that Isn’t even mine(it’s happened before). The staff is nice but this morning I asked for cold foam and I got whipped cream(CF is extra)?! I don’t know if it’s a language barrier but change out the drive thru girl PLS. I’ll be driving out of my way to avoid this Dunkin.
