  Always a good experience when we go in and order. Food is good, service is friendly. Maybe understaffed because a lot of times tables are dirty. Ordering to go or delivery has always been an issue and order has been wrong every single time. As long as you can eat in or take it to go, this Chipotle is great!

  My son went inside to use a gift card that he received for Christmas while I waited in the car. He came out a few minutes later empty handed saying their gift card machine was down. I went inside to ask to speak to the manager asking why he wasn’t able to use his card and Mario said it’s just not working so I asked what would happen with the food that was already made and he said with a smirk on his face that it would be thrown out. So instead of just giving him the food since their machine was not working they will just throw it out. It’s really unbelievable

  Very disappointing experience with an online order. We requested 4 salad dressings, but the employee preparing the order would only give 2, insisting they were out. After pushing back, she reluctantly added one more, yet I could clearly see additional dressing available. Our family loves the dressing and we all use it on our Chipotle meals. Because of this, my son was unable to finish his burrito without enough dressing. You can see from our account history that we eat at Chipotle nearly every week, and we have never had this issue before. We would have gladly paid for extra dressings if required. The interaction felt unnecessary and like a power trip rather than good customer service. Not the experience we expect from Chipotle.

  I have ordered catering from Chipotle from various locations for numerous events. However, this is the first time I ordered catering from Gainesville, VA location and am very disappointed. I paid for the top tier catering option with three proteins but was provided such small portion of proteins. The protein portions provided were in the smallest sauce containers and weren't even fill up half-way in those small containers. Catering orders in the past from Chantilly, VA and Sterling, VA locations have provided sufficient amount of proteins in the larger lettuce rectangular containers and were filled up entirely. The amount of protein provided from Gainesville location was not enough at all whatsoever for 10 people. I spent a lot here for nothing. I will never order catering from this location nor will I even visit this location for a single meal. As someone who frequents Chipotle often, I'm extremely disappointed and embarrassed for hosting an event with barely enough food for my guests. Picture: the proteins came in a sauce container and were filled less than half of those small containers. I do not recommend this location. Better off driving about 10 min to a different location if you don't want to get scammed.

  I ordered Veggie Bowls, but both bowls were severely underfilled. There was no extra rice or veggies, even after I specifically asked. As you can see from the photos, the bowls were barely half full, and most of the ingredient containers at the stations were empty. The staff seemed unprepared for the rush and didn’t make any effort to restock or properly portion the food. Paying full price for one bowl (BOGO) and receiving this amount is unacceptable and not what customers expect from Chipotle. This felt rushed and careless, especially during a promotion when higher traffic should be anticipated. I hope management reviews this location’s staffing, food prep, and portion standards.
