Awesome CAVA location and an even better team! I wanted to shout out Arlin and Chris for being incredible when it comes to customer service. They went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful and they were so kind in doing so. I had such a wonderful experience, and a big reason why was Mirna!
She was incredibly helpful while I was deciding what to order, but what truly stood out was her warmth and genuine hospitality. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and cared for.
It's rare to come across someone who doesn't just serve food, but nourishes your spirit too. Being fed with that level of kindness and heart is something special.

Just encountered such horrible service with the manager and staff. Charged a kids plate and no toppings. Manager acted as she was doing me a favor on rice when I questioned what happened to the kids pita. They (manager and the server) spoke down to me as if I haven't paid for my order. The manager said corporate would not care if I said anything to them in which I find it hard to believe how they wouldn’t listen if something wrong is going on in there establishment. Also this manager has waived plates in exchange for reviews in such a sweet way in the past. Which I never thought bad about the place but once she gets what she wants she treats the repeat visit as if you are the one needing the food. Mind you there are lots of other food establishments all around even a chipotle across the street. I guess her reviews are up that her attitude was terrible today. Definitely felt racism from the staff and don’t intend to visit this place. Racism from this place is definitely felt!

I ABSOLUTELY love this Cava, the food is great and the staff is even better. I do doordash and order food for myself as well. The staff is extremely friendly, knows me by name, always smiling and warm. They make me want to eat Cava everyday. Highly recommend... If I could give more than 5 stars I would...
