Firstly the portions were very meagre and lacking any flavors I would have expected from a Middle Eastern restaurant. I have spent a lot of time in this region and it didn’t reflect what I’ve had before. There was no bread offered which is a norm in most places I’ve visited. Maybe it was the dish I chose, but of the three I chose, only the tabbouleh had some flavor, but could have done with some pitta to accompany it. Lastly the music was pretty downbeat and depressing. It’s something restaurants do sometimes and often don’t do well. Please leave me with some sense of joy when I’m eating. Obviously not my place to go back to spend my money.
