  My bartender was super friendly!! Food eh. I went in there was like 3 other tables. The wings were definitely old the sauce had kinda turned dark/dried to the wings.... my celery looked like it was cut a week ago or improperly stored the ends had dried out... its pure laziness it wasnt trimmed...the carrots also weren't trimmed.

  Slow service. Waited 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. From time of ordering, that was 50 minutes for 6 wings and curds.

  For all the times I've been to this location, this is by far the best service I've received here. most of the times that I've been here the service has been slow, the waiters pay close to no attention to you, and when the food comes out it seems like its been under a heat lamp for a while. I always get the wings, and when they do come out there usually dry, or it seems like they've been out for a while. This time it was different, different enough for me to write a review. First off my waiter, Robin, she was really sweet. She come around a lot refilling my drink, and just overall making sure everything was to my liking, She was overall amazing. the food came out fresh and not dry for once. One thing i did notice is that robin pointed out a special that was going on and if wasn't for that I'm sure my bill would have came out significantly more expensive. I want to say thank you to robin and to whoever made my wings that day. I hope next time i come through i receive the same service and quality of food again. Again thank you to my waiter robin, and the cook.

  Respectfully, I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings years ago and it was a fairly well run establishment then. I don’t know what is going on now, but the past 3 times we ordered takeout the order was astronomically wrong. I’m talking entire entrees missing, getting a whole different persons entree in my bag, and often Missing half the stuff. Additionally, expect to wait an hour for cold food, which clearly died in the window that entire time. The service and food here has been consistently and comically bad which I can only attribute to poor management. If you really want Buffalo Wild Wings, take the extra 15 mins and go to the manassas one instead.

  Perfect combo—crispy wings, cold beer, great service! We had an awesome time at BWW Gainesville. The chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor, and the beer was ice-cold. Our waiter was friendly, fast, and made the whole visit smooth. We’ll definitely be back for another round!
