- FLFalala LaMar 13, 20261.0I’m really concerned about the current situation at this Dunkin’. It seems like the employees aren’t happy and aren’t providing the any customer service whatsoever. They don’t greet customers, can’t ask what they’d like to order, and seem to treat customers as if they’re inconveniences. It looks like the owners might not be fully invested in their staff, which is leading to subpar service and products. Maybe it would be helpful to train the staff in better customer service, or perhaps hiring employees who are more friendly and helpful would be a better solution. It’s a shame that this area has to deal with such poor service.

He slammed and dropped metal items incredibly loudly, acting like he didn’t care. We won’t be returning to this Dunkin because of the poor customer service provided by employees.
