  I picked up 5 smoothies on Saturday and they were warm and had no taste at all, even though I selected half turbinado sugar.

  Poor service, wait time is sooo long. I wish they would have more than 1 employee working. Honestly not really worth the hype

  I see all these bad reviews but maybe you all just picky !!! The girl waiting on me was so nice and both my oatmeal and smoothie were completely delicious and filling!!! You all need to quit being so harsh and picky !! Definitely spot after a good workout 🏋️!!! Thanks guys

  This is the 3rd time I’ve shown up over 2 hours after they’re supposed to be open & they’re closed. This seriously effects mobile orders for people who have already paid and expecting to pick up their order on time. Do better.

  Placed an order for pickup around 8:45am. When I arrived at the store, there was nobody there and the lights were off. I called a few times but got no response. After fifteen minutes, I drove away. Around 9:30 I got a call back from the store and they were saying they’re “here now” and can make my smoothie if I can get there in less than two minutes. Disgusting customer service. I normally do not care and am very go with the flow. Stuff happens. I am not the only person I know who has encountered this same issue.
