- MAMal-Vera AnshassiMar 19, 20261.0I am not one to leave reviews usually but this was a whole other level of shitty, I ordered large fries and didn’t get it instead they just tossed fries in the bag till the grease soaked through and when I picked up the bad of my counter top the bottom ripped open leaving my burger and fries on the floor. I have never experienced this extreme lack of care before

- BPBill PNov 10, 20251.0Called in while getting ready to leave home, cashier asked for my order and promptly ignored what I said then put me on hold. I walked out to my car and drove the 15 minutes to the location, walked into the store ( only 1 customer ahead of me ) and was still on hold waiting for them to take my order. I asked for a manager and showed him my phone still connected and still on hold. The manger never actually apologized, but said repeatedly ( in a conciliatory tone ) I will take care of you. At the register he took my order ( 1 item ) and pressed me that was all I wanted. I then asked if he was going to “take care of my order” and he replied yes. I ordered one more item feeling that was fair. He proceeded to charge me full price for everything! I cancelled the extra item and paid for the single item I tried to call in more than 20 minutes previously. Walked out about 10 minutes later. Terrible customer service.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
