  I’ve been to the Wendy’s in Winchester and Manasass and this one in front royal is by far the worse one I’ve been to. They never have spicy nuggets ready. I always have to wait like ten minutes for them. Then you get the nuggets and there’s spicy on top but regular nuggets on the bottom…. They are always trying to skimp. They skimp you on cheese fries. They put a few fries and a little cheese in the container. I never deal with these issues at the other Wendy’s. My food is always hot and fresh and filled at other Wendy’s. This particular Wendy’s is awful… and it sucks because they use to be good! I don’t know what’s happened but you need to take notes from the Wendy’s in Winchester and Manasass!! Also why do I get one sauce with 10 nuggets? Let’s be real why are you all so stingy

  My husband was harassed my their yelling in Spanish female staff member for picking up a mobile order of coffee. Harassed him in his car in the drive through by screaming at him. She continued to harass him by screaming when he went inside to ask for the mobile order that she refused to give him. He couldn't understand her Spanish, nor her heavy accent, and because of this her response to his confusion was to go out of her way to harass a "guest". Corporate and I need a chat, this is outstandingly appalling.

  Brandon who appeared to be a manager. Was dam near god like. He was very informarive smart and happy. He helped me with my order along the way and made suggestions. I wanted the snickerdoodle but it was out at the moment. SO we settled on the brownie batter shake. He came in immdeiately apologized and made suggestions and maintained the great raport. Ive had issues at this location a great many a time. No straws for 2 or 2+drinks no sauce for nuggets and wrong toppings sometimes no napkins. This gentleman had the greatest attitude approache and respect from this locaion in the past 3 years ive been visitng and included everything i mentioned. I got everything including 1 extra sauce packet plenty of of napkins and the greatest happiest interaction ive had in the past 10 years living here in front royal. Yall have a really Really great employee on your hands right now and he needs his recognition. I offered to do a review on him and even asked his permission all he he said was your write on how you feel. Hes exactly what yall need. Thank you tonight i will Keep coming back after tonight
