Service was ok. it was late, almost close but weren't greeted like normal. Seemed like they were more interested in getting done to go home than taking care of us. Wasnt friendly like usual. I work guest service and notice this type of thing. I miss the subway by I66. Todd was always friendly and would talk to us no matter when we came in or what they were doing! I hope they reopen soon.

He approches the counter and joe and Eric start making comments about my brothers shirt which was his employee shirt of where he works. The guys looked at my brother as they were saying each comment. Also on the same day a friend of mine that has battled cancer of the brain and just had surgery on both wrist was made in front of too. Sad when her 14 year old son said he never wants to go back there. I or my family will not return to this subway again although we shop at Walmart all the time.
