  Truly disappointed by the current staff. We have been using them for years, with good experiences, but the current manager yelled at my husband and hung up the phone on me rather than dealing with the situation. I have contacted the national customer service regarding this.

  always love the quick friendly service I get. this was the 1st time I've ever had an issue n was VERY UPSET with how the manager spoke to her team. The team was busy, being a friday evening and were all doing a great job of getting food made n being busy.None of them were smiling like normal. For what looked to be no reason the mgr, KAITLYN, screamed for someone to go move food on the rack where finished orders sit, (she was cutting&boxing pizzas..). the young man immediately went to move 1 order for whatever reason. I am a supervisor in customer service and would NEVER speak to my team that way. i made sure to get her name & when i left i told the team LOUDY they were doing a WONDERFUL JOB, no matter what anyone else thought!!! keep up the great job!! honestly I would have supported everyone on that team if they would have walked out on that manager. there was no seen reason for her to yell at any of them like that.
