  It was a Sunday, late afternoon on our visit. The drive thru seemed average busy but my wife and 2 little girls decided to dine in. The angle of the entrance door was angled oddly and hidden from our view in the first available parking spots so we managed to walk almost entirely around the building just to get inside. Not a big deal, just odd. As for the rest of our experience: we were promptly greeted and serviced. Our food was GREAT! I came SPECIFICALLY to try the “new and improved” spicy 🌶️ chicken 🍗 sandwich and I was NOT disappointed. It was big, juicy, quite spicy (I have a high tolerance for)and definitely hit the mark. TRY IT. My wife had the same and agreed. Kids had kids meals and loved them as well. Great job on same toy so there’s no squabbling. They’re doing a great job here.

  The staff at this location needs more training; they don't ask if you want a combo or a drink or anything else, for that matter and they have a bad attitude. If they don't like customer service work, they would be better off finding another job where they feel comfortable and don't have to act so unpleasant

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a mobile order and accidentally ordered a small chocolate Frosty when I meant to order a large. When I got to the window, I politely asked the employee if the Frosty was supposed to be a large because I was trying to confirm my order while pulling up my receipt. Before I could even check, a manager came to the window, rudely said, “You ordered a small chocolate Frosty,” and slammed the window in my face. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I was just trying to confirm what I ordered. Once I saw that I had ordered a small, I drove away. The disrespect was completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, the staff at this location are rarely friendly and basic customer service like greeting customers or saying thank you seems nonexistent. Experiences like this make people not want to come back.

  Fast service. There is a fee for condiments. Standard sauces often come with nuggets or tender meals, additional sauces or sauce for other items (like fries) incur a fee.

  Food is good, handling food without gloves, a little gross. Not welcoming either
