  First time ordering curbside today from this location and did not have anyone come out to my vehicle. I was disappointed that I had to go in and get my smoothie myself. I also saw a lot of people in and out goofing off with the employees I guess they are friends but it is very unprofessional. I don't know if I will be ordering from this location ever again. If I could give no stars I would.

  Place was a "hot mess", appears to be new people training, several girls fixing their hair , and on phone etc. Waited way too long , is anyone "in charge" here today ? Not the best experience today, noticed people getting wrong orders , and leaking messy drinks . Hmmm ..

  Food is mostly good, but this staff is very unprofessional, arguing, cursing at each other, openly complaining about who is doing what. It’s very unorganized, and team does not work well together. Been coming here for years, it’s definitely going down hill. My order took over 40 minutes due to all the arguing and how they prioritize mobile orders first. Updating my review. I never got my food, the employees burnt everything in the oven, smoke pouring out. At that point I asked for a refund, which of course none of the employees knew how to do. Called manager and I could tell this was going to be an act of congress and more wasted time on my part, so I left. Not worth the $30 and more watching this circus unfold. If management reads this, get your team properly trained and staffed, otherwise I don’t expect you all to be in business much longer….

  Most friendly staff I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They were so nice and beyond helpful! We'll definitely be back.

  The worst Tropical Smoothie in Fredericksburg. Do not waste your time ordering from here. Every single time I’ve ordered a smoothie from here, it’s never made properly. Tastes watered down, no flavor and ice chunks. One time they even used bad fruit in my smoothie. Then, they cancel delivery orders because the workers are too lazy to fulfill them even when the restaurant is still open.
