  Ordered 6 inch steak and cheese @ 6.29, added bag of Sunchips @ 1.59, total plus tax was 8.77. Cashier told me price was 8.77. No issue. I put my card in and cashier printed receipt. Total on receipt was 10.09 It seems their cash register automatically assigns a percentage for a tip. In my case the tip was 1.32 When I questioned the tip, the cashier told me it was my fault and I should have hit the red button to decline the tip. This is ridiculous. They automatically assume that their service is worthy of a tip and just deduct it without telling the customer......how many customers just walk away not realizing they paid a tip without knowing it? A tip is determined by the customer based on the quality of service provided. The customer determines the tip......not a computer in a cash register.

  Online orders never ready on time and incorrect. Very disorganized. The manager skips over people obviously waiting first. Never any problems at Jersey Mikes!
