  Says they are 24 hours - tried going here late night tonight and the drive thru person said they were only doing door dash. Which meant I couldn’t order. So really only open 24 hours if you order to go from them through a third party app? Make it make sense. Never heard of such a thing.

  I just came on my lunch break and it took a whole 35 min for someone to take my order and they never did but they even took someone’s else order that was in front of me in the drive through and ignored me. I ended up using the app cause they didn’t answer me on the mike and I didn’t even get to take my lunch. Thank you so much!

  I’m on my 13th day in a row going to this store without being served by the overnight shift. They’re either “closed for maintenance,” their “systems are down” or I just sit in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one says a word. I spoke to the GM on Saturday and made him aware of the situation. Yesterday morning “systems are down.” Today, I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one said a word. Why is this store even open 24 hours anymore. Totally unprofessional. I have many of these interactions recorded as well.

  I arrived to the drive-thru around 1:45 AM to pickup my mobile order only to be informed from the store employee that they were not taking any orders and they could not cook/serve food due to being "under staffed". I was upset to hear that because it didn't make sense as to how the restaurant was still open (after all, it is a 24-hour business, according to the posted hours on the store) and there is a person there to work, but is not working and able to serve food. I was extra upset too because this was not the 1st incident I have experienced issues similar to this at this particular restaurant. If there aren't enough employees to work, the store should be closed! Shoot--I should apply to work there. I too would like to go to a job in which I don't work and still get paid! Needless to say that I never received my order from the store.

  Food items were missing. I ordered a Big Mac, Fries, and a Shamrock Shake. I understand the Shake not being available after midnight, but the fact this place tried to give me to packs of cookies to MAKE UP for like...almost the ENTIRE order missing with one of their CHEAPEST items is literally insane. Y'all are McDonalds, you really don't have FRIES? Lousy, lazy management.
