  There machines are always down they mess up orders constantly and feel like because there short staffed its ok you won't get staff in a toxic atmosphere and most staff quit a job due to lack of care from management

  Not sure if mykel was the main manager on duty or not but I hope he is because he delivers absolutely amazing customer service and runs the business like he means it! Kind soul with a smile that lights up a room!

  On 3-27-2026 approximately 21:00-21-30pm I approach drive through for my order to be taken how ever Employee Darius in drive thru 1 laughed on the headset instead of properly not repeating my order back accurately. HE NEEDS TO CAREFULLY COMPREHEND A VERBAL CONVERSATION and listen to customers orders and repeat it back. Darius then looked at me with a death stare as I took it as harassment and assault and my brother works with law enforcement so I’m very aware about the laws. This creates a hostile work environment not only for the employees but for customers. I demand action to be taken or my next step is taken action on my behalf. Thank you for your cooperation

  i went to the mcdonalds to pick up my mobile order, the boy at the door told me they was short staffed and then the manager told me there system was down . i didnt get a refund for my order or my food . and i can’t call them because there phone is always down

  Just got my order from door dash and these people be forgetting to put things in the bag like they can't read the order slip then i gotta call doordash cause they didn't give a full refund this is the easiest job ever its not hard to read a slip and put the right stuff ordered in a bag
