  came in on a quiet Sunday evening (Easter) and had placed a mobile order with a customized item while on the way there. almost immediately got a notification that my order was ready already, but it wasn't when I got there, and not one of the several people I saw acknowledged me as I approached and stood by the counter. not a great start. waited a bit and they did get me my food after a bit, but when I got to the car it was missing all the standard toppings/ingredients, and just has the two things I had customized, which is the wrong way to do it, and I wasn't very happy about this most basic thing, the accuracy of a one-item order. went back in to try to grab some ketchup or something for it, and mentioned to the drive through runner (who was coming back inside) that my order was wrong, but that I didn't need anyone to fix it, I just wanted to let someone know (like as a teachable training thing, because hey we all make mistakes). we ended up eating in the car, and then a younger woman came out, said her employee told her about the mess up, kindly apologized sincerely, and offered to remake it. I declined as I told her I had already eaten most of the burger (and had told the runner I didn't need it to be fixed), but she pressed a little more so I said okay, and thanked her for offering to fix it. when she came back with the remade burger, she warmly apologized again, and I thanked her for her very kind service. so, overall a bit of a mixed bag on service, but food was fresh, and I'm very happy (and surprised!) that this manager/supervisor young woman took the time to try to follow up and care of things the right way. Hopefully she can get the rest of her employees trained up to offer the same kind of stellar service!

  Ordered a large fry and received a medium fry. For the prices McDonalds charges this is inexcusable. Will not return to any McDonald’s in the future.

  You could be the only car in the drive thru and still get parked to wait for food. The slowest and inefficient McDonald’s especially for it being off the highway.

  Managers service was excellent but his staff need to be replaced or learn customer service again
