    This time, we paid extra for bone in wings, got all boneless. Unfortunately the person who the bone in wings were for is extremely picky and would not eat boneless. Last time we ordered, we placed the order for 20 hot honey wings and got nearly all barbecue. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that time, but this time we were fed up bc a mistake happens every time. Needless to say, I’ve had it with this wingstop.

    Utterly incompetent management that hides behind "store policy". And I tipped when placing the order before knowing what the services would be like. Here is the full story. I placed an order online for a pickup several hours later. I realized I had picked a wrong flavor combination of wings, called the store, and was told that of course they would update the order. When I went to pick up the order, the printout had the original wrong flavors. I asked them about it they immediately found the hand written correct order. I asked them to verify which wins were in the bag. They took it back to the kitchen, can back out and told me that the correct wings were in the bag. I should have verified for myself, but given they had just checked it, I believed them and drove home. Just to discover that it was indeed the wrong order. I called them, asked if they could do anything. The only solution they had was for me to drive back 20 minutes to the store to get the wings remade or get a refund. Wings themselves are fine, but service is garbage. If I get anything from Wingstop in the future, it will be a different location.

    I ordered delivery and my food was never delivered. When I called to ask about the food they said I could come pick up the food or place another order through their app. When I inquired about a refund I was given the run around and told it would be several days to get a refund.

    Went this past Sunday to get some wings before the game. Put my order in at 12:37 PM. I waited and watched several people come in and leave I guess this was due to them calling in. I saw my name on the customer board. I saw that the board showed my order was ready at 12:47. Folks were still coming in and going out with orders. There were three people in the store and they looked disorganized as if they didn't have a good process flow and as if no one was in charge. I ended up getting my food at 1:10 and the young lady, who I had no interaction with, seemed to have a bit of an attitude when my order was finally ready. I will not that she seemed very graciousto the other customers. I got home (3 minutes away) and noticed that my meal was mostly drummetes and cold as if it had been sitting on the counter for a while. After all of this, the wings tasted like dry jerky on a stick. The only saving grace was the sauce. All of the pieces were dry and chewy. I was very disappointed because you would think that wings, at this price, would have a premium taste and texture. This was not my experience. I don't ever give one star reviews because I cook a lot and appreciate the effort it takes. This whole experience was like this crew didn't even try. The food, the service and the overall experience were poor on this visit. I could not, in goid conscious, reccomnend this place and wish I could get a refund.

    I went into wingstop last night 11/30 and it was a little later closer to when they closed so i can understand if it’s my fault but it was only two people there and it looked completely understaffed. I don’t know if it was the manager but i believe his name was xavier he was extremely rude and cold. The store was dirty from the walls to the floors in the kitchen. My food was more so burnt and dry and not correctly sauced. When asking the only other person there a question the manager told him to hurry up because he didn’t want to be there all night.. I can understand being tired and wanting to go home but you work in fast food… have some decency to act like it. I believe the other guys name was justin he was honestly trying his best so that’s why i gave the service 5 stars but the atmosphere from the cold manager xavier was unacceptable.
