As many others have said, Terrible uncomfortable and aweful customer service experience! Back in the day I managed a ChickFilA too in 2010 so I know fast food good customer care… I ordered meals with my two girls… I told them we wanted bbq sauce, they charged me .50 for the sauce but only gave me one.. I needed to go and eat with my girls and I just asked the guy hey you gave me 1 for 3 of us can I get 1 more bbq so I have two… they said no that they would have to do an additional new credit card charge and purchase just for me to get 2 packets of sauce instead of 1 they charged me for. After spending $30.16 on meals this Wendy’s guy when I even pleaded with him hey for my girls can I just get one more bbq please they told me no. Do you even realize what terrible customer service this is that Chick-Fil-a understands how to take care of customers and people… Wendy’s brand does NoT leaves me with and is a terrible experience… other inside customers in line were shaking there heads actually upset at Wendy’s for me. We won’t be back here because such bad experience of lack of Kindness and service… this is terrible experience I don’t want to experience again. Stay away go get food elsewhere!

Since when does Wendy charged for sauce and no I’m not saying extra sauce. I ordered a meal and asked for bbq and the guy at the window said 55 cents I have been to this location so many times and never been charged for sauce. Furthermore, my fries tasted old and were cold. Some of the staff is nice and some of them are rude and always seem like they have an attitude.

When i was ordering at the drive through, the person seemed impatient and also kept laughing when I was ordering. Not sure what that was about. Had to wait over 10 min for my food, then order was missing fries. Had to go back through the drive thru and wait for the fries. Got home and my order was wrong. I got a bacon burger that I did not order. I had ordered a Daves double. Did not like the bacon burger. Very disappointed
