- RBR BlountFeb 19, 20261.0Let me be brief. This morning, I arrived and received the usual service. I also requested that the pitcher be thoroughly dried before preparing the smoothie. It has come to my attention that there is consistently approximately one ounce of water at the bottom of the pitcher. When I asked the staff to dry it, an older employee stated that this is standard for making smoothies. As a customer, I have no knowledge of whether this residual liquid is dishwasher, water from the previous night, or otherwise. My sole request is that the pitcher be completely dry before use, or at least store it upside down so that fluid will drain.

The cup has a narrow base that does not fit standard car cupholders, making it unstable and easy to tip over. As a result, the drink spilled all over my car. This is basic, avoidable design failure. Customers regularly take smoothies to go, and a cup that can’t sit securely in a cupholder is unacceptable. I ended up with a mess, wasted money, and unnecessary cleanup because of something that should have been thought through. The cupholder is very poor designed They sealed the cover very well it’s not their problem. It’s the silly design.
