In today's journey we drove up to the window after ordering and they didnt have our order ready. We ordered a meal 2 large mozzarella sticks and a drink. They served 2 cars behind us before they got our food to us after waiting about 8 minutes and it was cold. On top of the poor quality today it was the second instance of us having to remind them of providing something to us. Specifically today the drink. Hopefully you all can turn it around!
