    Why did you ask me what sauce I want just to completely disregard it and put a ranch in my bag??? I'm pretty sure I asked for buffalo and sweet chili. Please do better guys

    My wife, son and I love Sonic. I hate to even have to write this review but this is the 3rd time we have received sub par Sonic food. In today's journey we drove up to the window after ordering and they didnt have our order ready. We ordered a meal 2 large mozzarella sticks and a drink. They served 2 cars behind us before they got our food to us after waiting about 8 minutes and it was cold. On top of the poor quality today it was the second instance of us having to remind them of providing something to us. Specifically today the drink. Hopefully you all can turn it around!

    They have a sign that says 1/2 price drink when you use app. I used my app, paid full price plus it took them over 10 minutes to bring 1 drink. Be careful, Sonic is now a scam.
