  Did someone sit on my sandwich before giving it to me, cause this was flat, when I had more items on the burger to, but there’s basically nothing on it.

  The food used to be so much better. I don't blame the place, more the company as a whole for supplying cheaper products in the chase for more money.

  I placed a mobile order today at 9:43 am while I was parked in a carhop space and immediately checked in with my stall number. I saw my name pop up on the screen. At 9:55 am I pressed the button at the carhop to say I haven’t received my order. Before I could speak the lady answering immediately said “Your recharger will be right out.” I waited five more minutes before going through the drive thru to get my drink. The lady at the drive thru claimed it showed I never checked into my spot. I left Sonic at 10:10 am. It took 27 minutes to get my drink when they weren’t busy at all. It was ridiculous I had to wait that long for my drink and it tasted watered down, I assume from the long wait. Terrible service!
