  I placed a mobile order today at 9:43 am while I was parked in a carhop space and immediately checked in with my stall number. I saw my name pop up on the screen. At 9:55 am I pressed the button at the carhop to say I haven’t received my order. Before I could speak the lady answering immediately said “Your recharger will be right out.” I waited five more minutes before going through the drive thru to get my drink. The lady at the drive thru claimed it showed I never checked into my spot. I left Sonic at 10:10 am. It took 27 minutes to get my drink when they weren’t busy at all. It was ridiculous I had to wait that long for my drink and it tasted watered down, I assume from the long wait. Terrible service!

  I’m literally making this for you because I’ve been here for 30 minutes and have enough time to so thanks for letting me wait my soul to find out that you guys actually aren’t using salts for pick up and then I have to come to the drive-through and I ordered before everybody got here And had to drive through the area after everybody was already served just to not be able to put in my notes that I needed RIP to a good Monday

  Terrible service, didn't put my food i ordered in the bag and when I went back instead of a 5 piece tender which I ordered I got a 4 piece and soggy onion rings.

  It's a sonic. They are pretty good as far as far food goes. I think I have only got my order wrong 1 or 2 times here. And it wasn't even serious it was something small and easy for me to fix. As opposed to other chains that get the order completely wrong. Last time I got the bacon cheeseburger toaster and tots with a cherry coke. I was hungry but I didn't want a lot of food. And everything was great.
