It seems as though he was picking up another order. We texted him to ask if our food will still be hot. No reply. Once received, all food was cold as expected. We called the store for them to rectify the problem, only to be told by the manager that it was not their problem. She said to bring it back up there and they would make new food while I waited even longer. I said fine but I wanted a refund on the delivery charge. She laughed and said no. So now she has me on hold for 20 minutes so far.
