  Disgusting food. Hard buns, order was totally wrong. Pissed I paid $35 for that garbage! Absolutely unacceptable! Check your food before you leave. Stale buns and incorrect orders seem to be the “order” of the day.

  Nobody was up front all in the back manager wasn’t helping was just joking with employees it’s your job to serve a customer not sit there and joke along with this they forgot both my fry’s had to go in there and they still messed up when I told them I didn’t get two fry’s they gave me one whoever wears the white shirt with the collar is mildly unprofessional too they acted like I was in the wrong when I showed them the bag with no fry’s in it I got happy meal and then a 10 piece chicken nugget meal both didn’t get fry’s I get rushes are rushes but giving attitude then not giving what is ordered is wrong I hope they train this place better in the future

  Everytime I come to this mcdonalds, they mess up my order. Last night, the person at the rushed me when taking my order and kept trying to cut me off while I was ordering. He didnt hear half of my order, and so my burger was full of pickles and onions, which I hate. Then today, they give me the completely wrong burger and now I can't eat it. And I don't want to have to drive all the way back for a replacement or refund, because I spent 11 hours today delivering packages, and I just want to relax. So now I'm out the money for my dinner, and have no dinner.

  You need to change your hours because you are not open 24 hours if you come around You 3:45 AM or 3:50 AM they will act like they are closed or they are only accepting doordash orders because they are switching to breakfast when all it takes is for them to say we’re serving breakfast or we’re serving lunch. They literally denied me service after working a 10 hour shift because they were apparently switching over after I literally made a mobile order.

  Well I stopped at this McDonald's in Lee Hill spotsylvania at 4:08 am and I sat until 4:15 am before I was asked for my order after I got to the cashier which was taken by the manager or team leader. I proceed to the pick up window where no one was stationed from 4:18 am until 4:32am with no explanation for why it's taking so long finally the same manager or team leader a young lady with glasses came to the window with my food with no I'm sorry for the wait time or nothing never said a word I was so annoyed. I've been to this location so many times and they can be super fast or dead stop slow its hit or miss or they give the classic the system is rebooting response or we are only accepting cash but this needs to be addressed by upper management.
