  Ordered ahead of time and waited 20 minutes for them to still not bring the food to my car. Went inside to get the food and they were finally getting ready to bring cold food to the car. The gentleman in a white shirt ( i assume is a manager) said hes remake the food so it would be hot. Only to get to the car and the food is still cold so had to go back inside to have new food prepared. If I could give no stars I would. The service given is completely unacceptable.

  If you go to this mcdonalds you will wait if you go during busy hours.....I mean WAIT. My mobile order took over 45 mins while I saw people fly thru the drive thru. Given this place has a line going out to the road due to space so I get it. But I had enough time to go, sit without being acknowledge, go back to my house, get my charging phone, to have my order still not ready and when it was it was, it missing half the items (2 dbl chs, 2 6pc. Nug, fries) of my not large order. Fortunately 2 of the young gentlemen grinding helped me out, I was acknowledge by a nice young lady at least saying "we're trying". But to whom appeared to be the manager was a short lady, round face, brunette... couldn't acknowledge me once even when I said "miss?" She looked at me and walked away. I understand, I have worked in customer service and restaurants for years, but have the common decency... foods always good tho

  THE WORST MCDONALD'S AROUND!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO Chatham Heights. Ferry road McDonalds is always slow and the drive through line is out to Ferry road most days, the staff COULD CARE LESS how long customers have to wait and apparently management or the lack there of doesn't care either. This locations should be permanent CLOSED! DISGRACEFUL we had to wait 30 minutes for "Fast Food"!

  I’d give this place about 3 stars. The food was warm and tasted like you’d expect, nothing surprising, nothing special. Service was okay, a bit slow during the rush but still polite. The seating area could’ve been cleaner, though it wasn’t terrible. It’s convenient when you just need something quick. Not amazing, but it does the job.

  NOT Sanitary, violating health code! Incorrect order in happy meal, daughter upset they forgot her extra fries. Went to speaker to say they forgot extra fries. Pulled up and had forgotten what I said. Explained & she asked me to give her THROUGH the window, daughter’s happy meal! So nasty. I said, “what?! She ate out of it. Isn’t that a health code violation? She said , “she doesn’t want her fries?” So, I handed the box over. The touched on, eaten out of, germy (yes, she had a cold) McDonald’s box. Yuck! Also, when I tried to use Apple Pay, they had to take my phone into the store over to the register- disgusting. Phones are supposed to be dirtier than a bathroom floor, and then they go and handle food? Establishment is NOT sanitary!
