The drive-thru has two lanes. I picked one, and saw 4-5 cars have their orders taken and proceed through the other lane while I and those who lined up behind me were ignored. Somebody finally greeted me as I was driving away, but by then I'd chosen to eat elsewhere.

Go to this McDonald’s if you want to be ignored at the drive through, go inside and not get everything you paid for. Then have to ask employees for your items multiple times and be made to feel like the biggest nuisance for interrupting the group of employees who cant believe they didn’t give you yet a third item that you already paid for.
