  I've got the message loud and clear now. Do not eat at McDonald's. Not any McDonald's. I'm sitting curbside. I put the order in for a medium caramel iced coffee 10 minutes ago. Two other people came in after me and got their order curbside, I had to ask the guy where is mine. He had just got to work and he went in and made it and brought it out. It's a large instead of a medium. But I've got the message. And all of these franchises are owned by the same person that says click on this link and they never ever do anything.

  My last and final time at this place i bought food for my family they dont know how to bag up food remind you that i was inside i bought a quarter pounder bacon and cheese and the bacon was burnt and when i lift up the paper bag getting ready to leave it ripped and everything fell out my fries quarter pound and my 20 piece nuggets the quater pounder box wasnt even shut the lip part that closes the sandwich was rip on the sides and the manager just stood there and looked at it he was lucky my son was with me because he wouldve got punch in his face this place i wouldnt recommend to nobody they are the worse place to go to

  The worst place ever i got my kids and myself some food from here a 20 peoce nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese the just put my food in anyway and as soon as i lift up my paper bag it just ripped and fell on the floor they didnt even offer any help or replace my item the manager just stood there and didnt say nothing and i wanted to do a split payment he said do my card and it did the full amount and he had a smirk the worse place possible and my kids should have to never experience this im not coming back here no more

  Someone needs to have a conversation with the older black woman that worked this morning ( 12/29/2025 ) at Abt 6:40 am -7 am when I gave my code it didn't seem like she got because she said "ok what do you want?" I sent on to ask if she got the code and she said " yes that why I asked what do you want, a frappe, what flavor" ... I gave the flavor and said that was all... Pulled up to the window and she said to the other employees , " yall better learn to speak english next time y'all want me to work if you want me to deal with the money"... That was so disrespectful and definitely isn't something a customer should have to hear. Just because your in your feelings about not understanding Spanish is no reason to be like that towards people. Not appropriate work language, creates a hostile work environment and not appropriate for customers to hear especially when the customer herself is of Hispanic background. Please do better ma'am.
