How are you advertising your new Fall line up, but dont have anything in stock. Not to mention the drive-thru/ store closes at various times, beforethe advertised closing. I don't understand what's going on with this location but its not the same as before. Poor customer service, and unavailable donuts. Please get it together because I'd hate to see this location go.

One recurring issue is the drive-thru being unexpectedly closed—sometimes as early as 6 or 7 PM, not even late at night. But today was the final straw. While waiting at the drive-thru window, several yellow jackets started flying into my car, out of the drive thru window. The window was swarming and covered with them, from the inside might I add. It was unsettling and honestly made my stomach turn. Even though I had already paid, I ended up throwing the donuts away because I couldn't get that image out of my head. On top of that, the "Hot" sign was on, but the donuts were cold and hard—completely disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.
