On one occasion, I went in to retrieve my order because of the extended wait, and I noticed the blonde department lead conversing with a person who appeared not to be an employee but was present in their workspace. It was disconcerting to witness an unknown person potentially managing my food. On another occasion, I observed an individual whose neck was marked with dark purple bruises entering the pickup department area. Initially, I was taken aback, as I speculated that he might be unwell or suffering from some illness. Giant Food appears to maintain a lenient policy regarding phone usage, as I frequently notice their employees wearing headphones and utilizing their mobile devices during my regular visits. As we all know, cellular devices carry a lot of germs, and it's unsanitary to use them when handling food
