  Usually I have no complaints from the 2203 Plank Road location however today I had a very simple order (2 sprinkle donuts and a hot chocolate). This is the first time I have ever been slightly nauseous when getting my food (which was incorrect) from a guy att he window who reaked of pot. I don't care what you do in your own home however I don't like the smell and don't feel I should be subjected to the smell when I want to eat.

  FYI — the friendly and welcoming smiles from Yvonne and Jason will truly be missed on my way to work. For almost two years, I went out of my way just to be greeted by them. In a world where genuine customer service is becoming rare, the owner, Sam, should be ashamed to have let them go. Sam, you need to take a close look at what is happening in your business — because it starts with the manager, Jaleel. Sam does not greet customers, speaks to his staff in an unprofessional manner, refers difficult customers to his employees instead of handling situations himself, and even uses profanity within earshot of customers. Good luck to you, Yvonne and Jason. May you both find a workplace that truly appreciates you. You have now lost our business.

  The workers at the window will treat you like you’re too dumb to correctly order what you want, yet they’ll get your order wrong like 40% of the time. They seem like smart folks, but generally have bad attitudes and pretty consistently poor order accuracy. Today they got my order (two bacon egg and cheese croissants) wrong again and the person tried to tell me I ordered wrong 😆 because there were two bacon egg and cheese wraps in my bag. They’d rather argue with the customer than look in the bag and see they gave out the wrong food. Another person fixed my order but seemed annoyed at me about it. The staff at the previous Dunkin’, a stone’s throw away from this “new” store, were rough around the edges and the dated interior was kinda grimy, but they were very friendly and always got the orders right. The new store looks nice, employees have a more professional appearance, but sheesh they’re not doing well in regards to customer service.

  Great inside and outside seating. Bright clean and trendy. Music level was perfect. Coffee is just as you would want dunkin to be. Never hesitate to stop here for a good cup of joe. Ice cream on-site and drive thru. Never had a bad experience or slow service. Nitro cold brew is my go to. Cheers
