The cashier short-changed me because they were out of pennies—which isn’t the customer’s fault. My coffee was made without gloves, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. I did notice the young lady preparing food was wearing gloves and handled my order carefully, which I appreciated. However, her hair was in her face, and she mentioned her feet were cold—likely because she was wearing slides, which doesn’t seem safe or appropriate for food service. The only positive part of my visit was the woman who handed me my food with a smile. It was also clear that some employees spoke more enthusiastically to certain customers while barely acknowledging me. The lobby wasn’t very clean, and management was sitting in the dining area blasting their phone instead of addressing these issues. Overall, this location seems to rely heavily on drive-thru business, not customer service inside. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to work or friendly service, this is not the spot.
