I called the store and it seemed they had disconnected their phones so they could not receive calls. I called the 2nd nearest store and explained what happened and my concern with the phone. They were very kind and confirmed the first store shuts their phones off so people can’t reach them about an order. They transferred me to a different store under the same general manager as the first and they were kind and asked their GM to call me. Instead the first store called my cell and explained it was impossible for my cold pizza to be cold and so they won’t be refunding anything. Ignoring the other issues. I said that’s fine I’ll call someone else about it and then their GM called me. Saying again it’s impossible for the pizza to be cold. He said he could give store credit for a sauce cup and that was all. He needed photo proof of the pizza being cold and uncut. Love dominos. Crap service but thank you for keeping it entertaining at least.

I called back and was immediately hung up on. These calls occurred on 12/5/2025, 9:20pm and 9:29pm. Don't waste money on shops that fail basic customer service, doesn't help that the other reviews are bad too.
