SERVICE - Lady making my burrito was as unskilled as she was uninterested in her product. She would excel at Kinkos. Couldn't build a burrito, just thru the ingredients in like slop. Take her spoon away and put her on the register. Told my cashier, all she could say was "I'm truly sorry sir". ENVIRONMENT - Embarrassing lack of skill, lack of corporate training from start to checkout, and lack of GM QA/QC. Pretty much an easy A turned into a total fail. As a supervisor, I feel for the owner. I'm truly sorry I spent my $ here and won't be back. 100% do not recommend.
