The lady was rude and I felt she was trying to rush me out the store, remind you know one was behind me and they were not about to close. So I get home and the gave me wow chip NO Queso, my salad dressing was missing along with the tortilla I asked for on the side. I live a mile away so I go back. I tell the young man what I was missing he gives it to me. I can see the young lady working the line mumble something. Okay what ever. He proceeded to hand me my stuff no bag. I asked for a bag he rolled his eyed and walked down the line as if I was a bother to him. Another young man gave me a bag and I went on my way. It’s not worth a scene. My point of this review is both Chipotle’s off pllank rd and Central Park could use a class in customer service. Had the lady not been rushing me out at the register she would have put all my stuff in the bag and I would not have to had come back out in 22 degree weather to “BOTHER” the young workers. Mistakes are made I get but how you show accountability is what matters and respect goes a long way especially when I approached you with respect no attitude. That’s all vent over.
