    Didn't receive my chips or guac, the red chimicherri sauce was also not in the bag, my burrito was falling apart and was ice cold.

    Awful customer service and cold food that was made incorrectly. Two of your servers were arguing with my friend who came to pick up the food. I guess you have an AI phone ordering system that might not work so well? Or perhaps two associates that made an error. All they had to do was correct my order but instead they decided to keep arguing about how she was wrong. I'm done with Chipotle after this. Please feel free to contact me and I'll go into even more detail.

    I am 9 months pregnant and live 5 mins away from the chipotle made an order for pick up and came immediatley to pick it up. Opened the chipotle to very spoiled ingredients. The staff keeps unfresh ingredients at this chipotle and serves it to customers without discarding items in a timely manner. Photos are attatched. Please do not go to this chipotle there are other ones near by that will give you better service and can trust the employees. From making the order to picking it up and coming back home took 11 mins in total. There's no way it spoiled on my watch, they just gave me spoiled food.
