The host said was frizzled with seating arrangements and when we ordered the kids food was forgotten to be put into the system so 2 toddlers were having a melt down due to hunger and when their food finally did come out the chicken was raw and my kid threw up all over the table. It was a disaster of a night. The manager was great with understanding our frustration and gave us a free dessert. But don’t recommend this location overall. Yall serve raw chicken to toddlers and then make excuse for the kitchen and then try to correct the issue.
- KRKara RNov 1, 20253.0Carrabba's was one of those restaurants that always provided a wonderful experience, but the last trip there was so disappointing. They frequently have specialty dinners and there was a wine dinner that had a terrific menu, so my husband, myself and our son attended. (You don't have to have the wine.) It was as though they had never done one of these dinners before. We did not have seats, despite booking our reservations 3 weeks in advance. There were 4 tops with a single person and no one could seem to figure out the math for there to be enough seating for everyone there for the specialty meal. We were placed in a different area from everyone else and couldn't hear any information about the wine or what was happening. We were completely separated. The young lady tending to us was upbeat and lovely, especially given how annoyed we all were with how things were going. The food was good, but slow. It took TWO HOURS to complete the meal. This isn't like when you go out to eat...everyone at the event gets the courses at the same time, so it was 20-30 minutes between courses. They asked us about $10 take home meals and we ordered 2. They brought the food to us packaged to-go. When we got home, they had not given me the side item for my meal. We live 45 minutes away, so what am I going to do? They got me. I paid for food that I didn't receive. I just can't envision our family eating there again any time soon. The food was tasty, but the overall experience just wasn't good.
