Customer service was terrible — the store was practically empty, yet the three employees barely interacted with us. We ordered a banana split, and after choosing the center flavor and sauce, the employee handed us the plate without the banana, claiming they ran out — something they should have mentioned before preparing the order. Completely unacceptable service and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I have gone into this place 4 times since they have opened and every time I leave I swear I wont go back, but I never learn my lesson! The very first time I went in was for the Dunkin Donuts side and ask for decaf coffee. It took they guy four times to make something before he realized I just wanted plain black decaf coffee. He then said he had no idea what decaf was so that's why he was lost. The second, third, and forth time were on the Baskin-Robbins side and it was just as bad! People not having a clue of there menu or the items they sell. This last time I went in I asked for a warm cookie sundae, which the cookies were never warmed up at all. So I got served hard cookies that have been sitting out all day. I asked her many questionsh like if she had more cookies in the back or only the few to choose from in the case. She told me she had more. When I asked for the chocolate chip (which was out in the case) she then looked at the case and told me there were no more. When I asked her questions about the warm cookie sundae, she did not know anything about the product to answer my questions. Every time I go in there, its always something new with some person that does not have a clue about the product they are selling. It really seems to me this place will just hire anyone off the street, throw them in a uniform and tell them to get to work with no training what so ever. I will promise this will be the last and final time I walked threw there doors!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
