When I arrived for pickup, the staff kindly asked if I meant to order two of the same items. I explained the mix‑up, and instead of sending me through the hassle of calling customer service for a refund, they offered a simple solution: come back another day to pick up the second order. Three weeks later, I returned. The manager wasn’t there, but the team on duty was just as helpful and honored the second order without any issues. Great job, team. America truly runs on Dunkin. Keep it up!

There were at least five employees working this morning and it took me more than 20 minutes to get three dozen donuts. I also ordered one bagel and wanted it toasted and it appeared that somebody put it in a microwave. Hopefully it's only this DD.
