  Saw the bad reviews, gave it a try anyway - tastes exactly the same as any other dunkin I've been to and was quick. 5 stars from me!

  Me and my boyfriend went to this dunkin yesterday morning. I would strongly suggest to go to another dunkin. Me and my boyfriend got breakfast sandwiches. I got a sausage croissant and he got a sourdough sandwich with egg and bacon. Right as he opened his sandwich we got a whiff of a very funky smell. When he bit into it, it seemed to be very uncooked on the inside with ice chunks still in it. As he didn't want to waste any money he continued to try and eat it. This sandwich tasted like absolute garbage. I tried it and it tasted like it has been sitting in a trash can for a week, I couldn’t even keep it in my mouth. it was absolutely DISGUSTING. Throughout the day my boyfriend got sicker, and sicker. We believe he got food poisoning from that sandwich. He is still feeling bad since yesterday morning. Safe to say, we will NEVER be eating from this dunkin again. I absolutely do not recommend.

  I pulled into Dunkin to get a dozen donuts, assorted...whatever they had available...not even going to be picky. The young man on the drive thru said, "I don't know that we have a dozen." Does that mean he does not know what a dozen equals, he does not know how to count to 12, or he just didn't feel like moving....looking at the pictures of the store and having been in there personally...I am pretty sure it is easy to tell if you have 12 donuts in the store, but all I got was "I'm sorry"...I didn't dispute it and will just spend my money somewhere else!

  Every town has a good dd and a bad dd. This is the bad one. They WILL NOT get your coffee right. The employees here are nice but extremely poorly trained. They don’t adhere to recipes and basically make it up as they go. Total disaster of a coffee shop.

  Honestly so frustrated right now. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich from Dunkin and this is what I got?? The bread is completely burnt, like how does someone even pack this and think it's okay to give to a customer? It looked like it had been sitting on the grill and forgotten about. Disgusting. And when I tried to get it sorted out, the staff couldn't care less. No sorry, no offer to fix it, nothing. Just a blank stare. I wasted my money on food I couldn't even eat. Won't be coming back here. Save yourself money from this place and go somewhere that actually cares about what they're serving people.literally wasted my 30min time for this !!
