  stopped in while traveling and food was delicious and staff was really friendly. Would definitely recommend this chipotle if you’re passing through, the store was really clean too!

  Whomever was working the to go order area on 04/02/2026 around 11am made the best Chipotle order my friend and I have ever had, you are amazing thank you

  The to go staff, put our hot beans and rice sides in the plastic sauces cup. That is a safety issue, putting very hot beans in a plastic container. Second, these plastic cups are used for sauces. When I brought this to the managers attention she said they didn’t have the appropriate container, and told me it is the same amount of food that goes inside the sides portion of the quesadilla box. She declined to give an alternative option, and did not offer to add any rice or beans. She initially ignored speaking to me to address my concern, once she did she did not resolve the issue. Terrible service.

  My wife and I went in and ordered two bowls. Every server in the line would pick up a spoon of our ingredients, shake it until half fell back into the metal bin, then put the rest in our bowl. Ironic, because when it came to the last ingredient, i.e. the lettuce, they piled it on to make the bowl look bigger. Never again will we come back!! REPLY TO MANAGER: What measure do you use to ensure this "full 4oz helping" of rice, beans and meat, etc. are added correctly? If you rely on the size of your spoons, then why do your employees not fill the spoons all the way to the top, shake toppings off, or only fill the spoons halfway?
