  For two burrito bowls and chips/queso I paid $28. For that price, I also expect the restaurant to be clean, staff to be professional and food to be good. Food was fresh but staff member heard dropping F bombs and playing around behing counter - barely registering I was a customer. The front doors full of dirty smudges, and tables that had not been wiped off. I will think again about spending my hard earned money at this restaurant chain.

  Ordered a vegetarian sofritas bowl and sofritas tacos for pick up. I got home only to find one correct sofritas bowl and another bowl with meat and non of the toppings I ordered. No tacos at all. I don’t eat meat so the second bowl is a complete waste. I see there are other reviews mentioning the same thing happened to them, so clearly this isn’t something they’ve corrected or even care to correct. I don’t recommend ordering here, however if you do make sure you check your order before you leave. Wrote in to corporate but we’ll see if anything come of it.

  Got absolutely great service and great food.There brought in a coupon that initially, they said that they could not accept in the store, but the manager gave me a discount and basically honored the same coupon.Anyways. extremely helpful and great service. Specifically Onil

  The guys working were playing loud, heavily profane, and sexual music behind the counter from one of their phones. As an adult I can ignore it, but several young children were there, including a 10-ish year old boy who was having to yell over it to be heard while ordering. They weren't closing in private or anything either - this was at 5:30pm on a Sunday. This was an unusual experience for Chipotle and I was disappointed that little kids were having to hear such awful language in a family restaurant.
