  I visit a lot of chickfilas and cater often because of my job. This particular location in Fredericksburg, VA set themselves apart. The service was incredible, on time, everyone is friendly, and the catering manager personally took great care of my order. She put vouchers in my boxed lunches and it made the day of the entire office staff I brought lunch to. Great job Fredericksburg, and thanks for taking care of your local community!

  Ordered through the website and they use doordash to deliver. They forgot to pack one of our orders, and because it wasn't ordered through doordash directly i can't dispute it with them. I called the store in central park and the employee said there was nothing we can do, even though i have no way of disputing it through doordash. Very poor service, and not at all what i have come to expect from chick fil. I definitely won't be ordering from that location again.

  Super friendly staff, the lobby was very clean, and they wiped down the play area while we were there. The music was very chill and they cleaned the tables very quickly after guests left. Definitely somewhere we will return to soon.

  This evening me and my family went through the drive through to eat, we all were in the car eating in the car in the parking lot when my car started smoking. my car had overheated and completly broke down on me, they gave me water when i went inside to ask for some to cool my engine down. then a few hours later as i was waiting for my tow truck to come, an employee came outside to check on me and my family. he was so nice!! he really made such a stressful day, better. he put a smile on my face and asked us if we needed anything. he brought us some nuggets, fries, and drinks, i felt very blessed. thank you so much for having such an amazing staff. i will forever highly reccomend your location to everyone.

  I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to this Chick-fil-A location. While we were placing our order in the drive-thru, an employee named Kobe was assisting us and doing his best. However, a woman named Kristin (wearing a grey shirt, who appeared to be in a position of authority) came outside and began loudly reprimanding him in front of us. While I understand that there may be procedures about where orders should be taken, addressing an employee in such a harsh and public way is unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers to witness. Kobe politely asked if he could finish taking our order, but Kristin told him “no” and called him back, without acknowledging us or offering any explanation. What made the situation even worse was that my young daughters were in the car with me, and even they recognized that the way he was being treated was not okay. It’s disappointing to have to explain behavior like that to children, especially in what should be a friendly environment. We were left waiting awkwardly, and when Kobe returned, he seemed visibly nervous and began to stutter, likely due to the way he had just been treated. It was clear he may have been new or still in training, which made the situation even more disappointing to observe. I later learned that the manager on duty was Mel, so I’m not sure of Kristin’s exact role, but regardless, this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should be treated with respect—especially in front of customers. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope management takes steps to ensure a more respectful and professional environment moving forward.
