  We arrived at 5:45 p.m. and were promptly seated. Our server arrived immediately, took our drink and appetizer orders, and left 20 minutes later. We received our drinks 45 minutes after placing the order, and our appetizers were served 15 minutes after that. When we asked for the queso to be hot, it arrived cold. We waited about 15 minutes before our server even checked on us. We placed our food order about 45 minutes after that, but it was incorrect. I had to send back the buffalo wings because they were bone-in, and they were supposed to be boneless. I never saw our server again until the check came, and I was very unhappy with the service. As someone in customer service, I understand the importance of providing excellent service, and the service we received today from Kayla was far from satisfactory.

  I couldn’t even enjoy my meal, the place smelled like “skunk weed” even after changing tables. Server and my two guests even noticed the awful smell. The manager didn’t seem to care about our concern. This happend once before during football season, someone at the bar went out to the patio and came in smelling like weed. It’s a shame we couldn’t even enjoy the food because of the smell.

  I sat at the bar, and was not even greeted. The bartender just walked over, put down a napkin, and just stared at me until I asked for a beer. She clearly didn't want to be there. Her attitude made me not want to be there either. I won't be going back.

  Server Malaysia did a great job!!! Love the buffalo chicken dip!!!
