  On this day 04/29/2026, I came to this location twice and ordered through the drive thru. The first time I came through was this morning at 11:12 am. I ordered the number 1, spicy, cajun fries extra cajun & a dr.pepper to drink . The woman with red hair, for one, did not repeat my order to me . I asked for light ice in my drink & when I received it , the ice was filled to the rim of the cup. The second time I came through @12:46pm . I ordered the same exact thing. When I reached the window to pay I noticed my total was .75 cents cheaper & automatically knew something was not right. Again, the same woman did not repeat my order back to me and she did not have a welcoming attitude. I checked my food and noticed she gave me Bo-rounds instead of the cajun fries, extra cajun that I asked for. I went into the store to address the situation politely & the woman had looked multiple times but not once approached me to see what is wrong. I then spoke to the older woman at the register, she got my fries but did not put any cajun seasoning on them. I went over to the manager I believe he was, expressed my concern & he was able to fix it & also apologized for the inconvenience. I get home shortly after & notice my chicken sandwich was NOT spicy, like I had asked for and the biscuit was hard. I called up to the store 3 times and no one answered. I am highly disappointed being that this could all have been avoided if the woman that was taking orders was repeating orders back to the customers to prevent any mishap. She needs to do better!

  What a joy to stop at a nice clean and friendly Bojangles. Our order taker and the manager were both friendly. Dining room clean. Food was hot and fresh. Delicious isn’t a good enough word for how perfect this was. Thanks to all the crew at this Bojangles for being above the rest!
