  This franchise is not it. This location, for a few reasons, just left me wondering where quality control is, when it comes to the Arby's brand. Some are AMAZING. Others, like this one, are gross. I don't appreciate getting duped, buying an XL curly fry, to get less than half of a container full of fries. Zero effort. No bag fries, just less than half of what I paid for. Everything else was soggy and thrown together sloppily. Ordered ahead, showed after pickup time, to an empty drive thru, still sat there waiting for my food. Last resort if you're starving.

  Fountain drink machine was leaking water when you tried to get your drink and then the ice machine was broken. Employees didn't attempt to even bring that up but still knew about it and took payment for a sub par product. Food was cold and the individual at the register was passive aggressive and talked down to us. Coulda been a bad day but as of 04/02/26 I wouldn't go back and would recommend others not to as well until these issues are sorted.

  Went today to try the steak bites and they were burnt the fries were burnt and I was very disappointed I paid $17 for food that I couldn't even eat
