  Do NOT order to-go service from here. Just had the worst customer service experience with a lady named Kim. 3 different items were completely missing from my food lion to go order even though I was still charged for all of them in the receipt. I wasn’t too bothered at first and decided to go up there and ask who I could speak to in order to get my items, or if it was too late could I get them tomorrow. Before I could even ask she laughed and said no one was going to help me at all, which was rude but I just needed to know who to talk to. She cut me off before I could get that out and just started getting louder saying she wasn’t going to help me and “what did I want her to do about it”. When I asked her why she wasn’t being rude and that she didn’t have to escalate it she started yelling “I’m not being rude I can’t check the system (which is fine that’s not what I was asking for)” and continued with “I don’t care I don’t care. No one is here to help you, whatever I don’t care just grab whatever you want from the store and whatever you’re missing and GO”. All of it would have been just fine if I simply could’ve asked “who can I speak to in the morning about this”.

  Most poorly run Food Lion in Tidewater. The Food Lion in Courtland makes Franklin look like the 1975 version of Be-Lo.

  I just left Food Lion, I went to the restroom, and as I was coming out there was this black tall big fat bald black guy coming out the wearhousehe looked at me, I said good morning he did say anything so I walked by him and spoke again he still didn't say anything started sweeping the floor.It doesn't hurt to speak,I know he heard Ms speaking to him.Just rude. I said out loud it doesn't hurt to speak,He began to sweep the floor with the duster Not a real friendly floor workers.I know times are hard to but not that hard that you can't open your mouth and speak.These are the people that work in the floor
