  Food still burnt. Costumer service terrible, everyone is paying more attention to appearance than what’s going with the food & portions sizes. Grease has to be old, food is super hard, order was wrong never gives a receipt upfront. Has to be the worst Bojangles in the world 1/10 oh and you pay for whatever they charge you. they’re not following your order

  Spent the night 🌙 at Love's then the following morning Google mentioned Bojangles open which was FALSE, was hoping for 2 Country Ham Biscuits and very disappointing. Remember when it opened in the early 2010's, unfortunately if the restaurant employees don't wanna work, just get another restaurant like Chester's Chicken or Arby's.

  Took 30 min when I preordered on the mobile app for 4pc supreme and a BBQ sandwich. Was told to come back food was not fresh and cold

  Very slow service. Took 20 minutes for 4 strips and they forgot the sauces and drinks. The food you'd expect to be hot but was cold and stale

  When they hired staff, im 90 percent sure they picked the people will the lowest customer service skills and the most sorry work ethic
