Every time i have been, Charley's staff have been consistently courteous, employees are kind and the food is always served hot, fresh, and correctly… they make every effort to smile and appease the customer even when they (the customers) are rude, personally unhappy, hangry, or may have had a difficult morning prior to ordering… which seems was the case for some of the previous comments and low ratings…
