  By far the worst and slowest Charlie’s I’ve visited. The location is understaffed, lacks proficient customer service, and is poorly managed. There appears to be little order, as customers who arrived after me received their food first because they were personally known by staff. Management should strongly review operations and procedures to improve efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

  Started closing up 1 hour prior to close. "Put up " their cheese..... its in the name. Why would I get something without cheese? Always has excessive long waits. Stood there for 10 minutes just to get told that.

  Service is always great as I work nearby and have visited Charley's at Ft Eustis often (preferred food court choice) in the past 2 years. Every time i have been, Charley's staff have been consistently courteous, employees are kind and the food is always served hot, fresh, and correctly… they make every effort to smile and appease the customer even when they (the customers) are rude, personally unhappy, hangry, or may have had a difficult morning prior to ordering… which seems was the case for some of the previous comments and low ratings…
